3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or where we determine, in our sole discretion, that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our website or at checkout. Processing and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information shows that the package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery is with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise affected while in the possession of a shipping provider, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if a package is delayed or lost in transit, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim or request assistance. We may provide reasonable documentation or order information when available, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds, replacements, or store credit for carrier-related delivery issues, except where required by applicable law.
