All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit once an order has been placed.
Because our products are made and prepared specifically for each order, customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing information, colors, shipping information, and order selections before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at SUPPORT@LUCKYTHREADHEAD.COMwithin 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If we confirm that an error was made on our end, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking confirms that it has been accepted, responsibility for delivery is with the carrier.
LUCKY THREAD HEAD is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise affected while in the possession of a shipping provider, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim or request assistance. We may provide order documentation when available, but we do not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for carrier-related delivery issues except where required by applicable law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Please double check to confirm that the address you enter is accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the order will not be eligible for a refund. If available, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
Shipping Delays or Unavailable Items
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we may contact you with available options, including agreeing to a delay or canceling the unshipped portion of your order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
